    1/2 lb Shrimp, cooked, chopped
    1/2 lb Crab, chopped
    1/2 c Celery, finely diced
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1/2 c Green onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c Bread crumbs, dry plain
    2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
    2 tbsp Butter


Amount of bread crumbs is an estimate. May need more/less. They are there to bind the seafood, too much/little and your cakes will fall apart when cooking.


Melt butter in saute pan, add celery, onion and garlic and cook until softened. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, blend well. Allow to cool until can be handled comfortably. Shape into patties. Cook until golden brown on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 8 cakes, 1 per serving
