Ingredients

    6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
    1/2 crushed red pepper flakes
    8 cups packaged coleslaw mix
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/3 cup chopped onions
    1/4 peanuts

Directions

Combined vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper flakes.
Add coleslaw mix, raisins, & onions. Toss well.
Chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours before serving. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired
