    1 (14.75 oz,) can salmon, undrained & flaked
    1 slice wheat bread, shedded
    1/2 cup onion, chopped real fine
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    2 large egg whites


Mix together all of the ingredients.
Shape into 4 patties,
In a large skillet heat oil over high heat. Put the patties in the skillet brown for 8 minutes a side. Put on paper towels drain.
