    1/3 c splenda
    3 tbl minute tapioca
    2 3/4 c 1% milk
    1 egg well beaten
    1 tsp pure vanilla


Mix splenda, tapioca, milk, and egg in a saucepan and let sit for 5 minutes. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly untilit comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Refriderate leftovers.
