Ingredients

    1 Packet Unflavored gelatin (1Tblsp)
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups milk
    1 cup powdered milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla

    (For chcolate, add 1/4 - 1/2 cocoa (taste prefrence)
    1-2 cups of sugar (also taste prefrence)

Directions

When ice cream is frozen, break into pieces.
Put into mixing bowl, whip until smooth, and return to freezer.

Serving Size: 14 - 1/2 cup servings
