This receipt uses 2% milk, Chunk Light tuna in Water, and Frozen peas. This receipt uses 2% milk, Chunk Light tuna in Water, and Frozen peas.
Number of Servings: 6

    4 Tbs of Margerine
    4 Tbs of White Flour
    2 1/2 Cups 2% milk
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
1 16 oz pkg of Fozen Peas (Cook first in Microwave)
1 Can of Chuck Light Tuna packed in Water (drained)

Use Wonder Smart White Bread for two slices at only 100 calories. I didn't have a full bag of peas and used what I had left over. So you probably will get more than 6 servings and less calories. I use to always butter my toast, but didn't really miss it. By making your own white sauce rather than using a can of soup and by using frozen rather than can peas, you will save a lot of sodium.

Melt butter then add four. Stir mixture until lumps are gone and slowly add milk and continue to stir. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Once sauce is thicken add cooked Peas, and drained.

Serve over toast
