    About 4 zucchini cut in half and then cut into bite-size pieces
    4 slices bread, toasted
    4 T olive oil
    2 tsp garlic


Toast bread. Crumble into crumbs and small pieces and cook with 2 T olive oil and 1 tsp garlic until bread is brown. Transfer bread onto a plate.

In same pan, cook zucchini with 2 T olive oil and 1 tsp garlic until of desired consistency.

Add bread to zucchini mixture.
