Tasty Alfredo Sauce, great on Fettucine or Linguine Tasty Alfredo Sauce, great on Fettucine or Linguine
Number of Servings: 4


    1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
    1-1/2 Cup Half & Half
    100 Gms Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
    Black Pepper to taste
    12 Oz. Raw peeled and devained Shrimp
    1 Fl. Oz. Sherry, dry


Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
Combine butter, half and half, and cream cheese
Simmer until all is melted and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic power
Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low
Add Shrimp and simmer until shrimp are cooked (3-4 minutes)
Add sherry
Serve over Fettucine or Linguine
