    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 scoop whey protein powder
    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup 1% cottage cheese
    Blueberries and walnuts to top


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If batter is too thick, add one more egg white.

Pour 1/4 of batter in a non stick frying pan, flip and cook other side . Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Serve immediately with walnut and blueberries on top.
