    2 Whole Chickens (cut up)
    Flour(about 2 cups)
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Canola Oil(for frying)


Please make sure the chicken if FULLY cooked as eating under cooked chicken can make you VERY sick...


Combine Salt & Pepper with Flour in a bowl or zip lock bag... Heat oil in a LARGE electric or cast iron skillet... Dip Chicken pieces into eggs that have been beaten...Roll or shake chicken in flour mixture... Fry Chicken in HOT oil until it is crispy and FULLY cooked with NO blood or pink showing in meat when you cut into it...
