This is made with Shirataki Noodles for a low calorie/large portion size pasta dish! This is made with Shirataki Noodles for a low calorie/large portion size pasta dish!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 - 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 c. frozen broccoli
    1 c. frozen cauliflower
    1 pkg. Tofu Shirataki Noodles (Fettucini type)
    1/4 c. Philadelphia Cooking Creme (savory garlic)
    2 t. Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 t. Paula Deen's House Seasoning
    2 T. fat free milk
    2 t. olive oil
    1 t. lemon pepper


You can find Paula Deen's house seasoning in many cooking stores, or you can make your own. It is salt, pepper and garlic powder. (See her cookbook).


1) Take 1 c. frozen broccoli and 1 c. frozen cauliflower out to thaw.

2) While veggies are thawing, dice chicken breast and season with lemon pepper. Cook in 2 t. olive oil in medium skillet for about 5 min. (Save skillet with drippings)

Set Chicken aside on paper towel.

3) Drain and rinse the noodles thoroughly under cold water in a colander. Place on paper towel on counter and pat dry real good!

4) Once veggies are thawed, pre-heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Then place the veggies in the same skillet that the chicken was cooked in.

5) Put the dried out noodles on your dinner plate and microwave for 1 minute. While the noodles are heating up add the cooking creme, milk & chicken to the veggies in the skillet. Stir thoroughly while heating all the way thru. Top the warm noodles with meat and veggie mixture and stir.

6) Garnish with the Parmesan Cheese and Paula Deen's house seasoning.
