    2 cans tuna in water
    1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken Soup
    half package egg noodles, cooked
    5 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 carrots, chopped
    1/2 C veggie broth (mine is made at home using scratch veggies and no salt, etc., so did not enter into calorie counter. Can also use milk -- ours had just gone bad!)
    1/8 C parmesan cheese


Mix tuna, soup, cooked noodles, broccoli, carrots and broth in casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 4 equal servings.
