    chicken breasts
    water poultry seasoning
    cream of mushroom soup
    cream of chicken soup
    3 boullion cubes
    1 can stems and pieces mushrooms
    2 bags instant rice


Put chicken breasts in crock pot with water.Add salt, pepper,boullion cubes, and poultry seasoning. Cook for 6 hours. Remove and shred chicken. Return to water.Add everything but the rice and cook for another hour. Add two bags of minute rice. Heat through and serve.

  • I'm a little confused. Is this recipe using 4 chicken breasts or just one. Are you using just one can each of the full sodium full fat canned soup? Brown Rice or white rice?????? These make a huge difference in the nutritional facts. - 1/19/08
