This is really good. This is really good.
Number of Servings: 7


    2 8 oz or 1 14.5 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
    1 can(14.5 oz) No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
    Green Pepper(to taste)
    1-1.25 lb ground turkey or chicken for meatballs
    3/4 of a box of whole grain spaghetti noodles

    How to make meatballs-
    Mix 1-1.25 lb of meat, onion, 1-2 tbsp bread crumbs or crackers, 2 tsp parmesan cheese,1 egg, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mold into balls and brown in a skillet.

    Mix all together in a 5 quart pot, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer for 20-25 minutes.


Can use ground beef but the calories and fat will be more.


Serving Size: Makes 7 1-cup servings.
