Ingredients

    4 baked potaeoes
    3 tbsp fat free ranch
    3 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    1 tbsp bacon bits
    1 cup light cheddar cheese (divided)
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

scoop potato from shell. mash. add remaining ingredients (leaving 3/4cup of cheese for top) mix well. fill potato skins with mixture, top with remaining cheese and bake in oven for 10 minutes
