    10 Red Potatoes
    1/2 Cup Onion
    4 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
    1/4 Cup Mustard


Boil potatoes to desired tenderness. Hard boil 4 eggs. Drain potatoes and add onion, stir thoroughly. Allow to cool while peeling the eggs. Chop 3 of the eggs, add them to potatoes. Add miracle whip and mustard. Stir thoroughly. Slice remaining egg and place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika for color.

Serving Size: Makes Eight 3/4 Cup Servings
