Ingredients

    2 cans 15 oz. Mexi corn or corn with peppers
    1 sm can chopped green chilies
    1 sm can chopped jalapenos
    1/2 diced small onion
    1 cup sour cream-fat free or light
    1 cup mayo-fat free or light
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese

Directions

Mix all together and serve with baked scoopers. Serves about 10.
