    4 teaspoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    2 teaspoons white sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons dried parsley
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 tablespoon cocoa powder
    3 cans Diced Peeled Tomatoes no salt added
    1 lg Onion diced
    1 cup diced Green Peppers
    1 lg Jalepino Pepper finely diced
    1 can beef broth (14.5 oz)
    1 cup diced Celery
    1 lb Ground Sirloin
    3 cloves Garlic crushed


I like to garnish with shredded cheese and fat free sour cream (not included in calorie count).


Saute vegetables then add meat to brown. Mix seasoning in a bowl and then add to pot and mix well then add tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer for 2 hours and serve.
