    12 oz tilapia
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/8 cup whole wheat flour
    4 La Banderita Low Carb Low Fat Soft Tortilla
    2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
    1 mango peeled and diced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper finely diced
    1/8 cup red onion diced
    4 tsp taco seasoning divided
    2 tbsp lime juice


I like a smear of Weight Watcher's Jalapeno Cheese on the tortilla but it is not included in the calorie count.


Mix 1/2 of taco seasoning with flour and lightly dust fish. Lightly saute fish in olive oil until done. Mix Mango, Cilantro, Lime juice, Red Onion, Jalepeno and balance of taco seasoning together. Heat a tortilla and add fish and salsa. Enjoy!
