Introduction

Lite PB Pie Lite PB Pie
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lite graham pie crust
    8 oz reduce cream cheese
    1/4 cup or less sugar
    1/2 lite or reduced fat peaunut butter
    16 oz tub cool whip

    Top with chocolate shavings

Directions

Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar. Add peanut butter and mix well. Once these ingredients are completely mixed together, add almost all of the cool whip (save just a little aside for topping the pie). Add mixture to the pie crust and top with remaining cool whip. Top with choclate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours so pie will set.
