    1 large can chick peas
    3/4 cup crushed walnuts
    1 1/2 cup quick or steel cut oats
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 onion finely diced
    3 garlic cloves ( at least )minced
    4 eggs slightly beaten
    2-3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Spike seasoning
    salt & pepper


freeze raw, thaw to cook.


cook about 5 minutes per side on medium in cast iron
