    Egg, fresh, 6 jumbo
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.2 block
    *Horseradish, 1 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp
    Fresh Chives, 1.5 tbsp chopped
    Salt, .15 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash


hard boil the eggs, peel and cut in half. Discard 3 yokes. Mash the remaining 3 yokes with the tofu. Add remaining ingredients and fill the egg whites. May sprinkle with extra chives and paprika.
