    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
    1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    Salt & pepper to taste


Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onion, garlic and peppers. Add cabbage, salt and pepper to taste and toss until cabbage is wilted. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
