    cassava flour, 122 gram(s)
    *Pure Xylitol, 4 gram(s) (optional)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 fl oz or filtered water or cream
    egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Lemon Juice, 0.5 wedge yields
    pure vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp OR 1 tsp for flat bread
    *Salt, 1 dash (optional)


Add dry ingredients and mix together. Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry mixture. Knead and form one big ball of dough. Take the dough and divide into 8 parts. For larger bread divide into 4 parts. Roll into buns and brush with a little butter milk on top. Place in 180 degree farenheit oven for 25-35 minutes.
