    Dried Maitake Mushroom
    Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bouillon with Sea Salt (1 cube)
    Eden Toasted Nori Krinkles (1/2 cup)
    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, 4 slices (one package)
    Green onions (0.5 cup chopped)
    Westbrae Natural Organic Mellow Red Miso, 4 tbsp
    Water, 8 cups


It's hard to go wrong, but make sure that the miso doesn't remain in one giant clump, as it is inclined to do.


Start by simmering the dried maitake in 8 cups water, for about an hour. Add the bouillion and krinkles. SImmer for 10 minutes. Add the tofu and green onions, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the miso, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve,
