Ingredients

1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 C Kellog's All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes Cereal
2/3 C 1% milk
1 egg
1/4 C vegetable oil
1 C over-ripe banana, mashed
1/4 C pecans, chopped finely
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a 12 portion muffin cup pan with cooking spray.
2. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices in small mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand about 3 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add banana and pecans. Stir well. Mix in flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Gently stir in blackberries. Portion batter evenly into muffin cup pan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
