    2 Tbl olive oil
    1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1 8 oz pkg mushrooms, halved
    1 large onion, cut into thick slices
    2 zucchini, cut into thick slices
    1/2 cup light Italian Salad dressing
    2 cups cooked spaghetti or other pasta


Change up the veggies any way you like.


Cut up all your veggies as listed & drizzle with olive oil & salt & pepper. Heat your grill. Put all the veggies in a grill pan or or aluminum foil on the grill & cook until almost done. About 10 mins. Add shrimp & cook until the shrimp is slightly pink. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water & drain.

Toss it all together in a large bowl with the salad dressing. Can top with fresh parmesan cheese if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 4 very generous servings.
