    Chicken Thigh, Boneless, Skinless, 22 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 60 grams
    2 C Snap peas
    Onions, raw, 91 grams
    Cauliflower, raw, 254 grams
    Carrots, raw, 200 grams
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves, crushed
    Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Braggs all purpose liquid soy seasoning, 1tbsp
    Water, tap, .75 cup
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp


1. Heat grapeseed oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger saute until fragrant, and then add chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry on medium high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
2. Add in onions, carrots and cauliflower. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add in broccoli and snap peas. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add in hoisin and braggs. Add water until desired consistency of liquid is reached. Cook another 3-5 minutes.
5. Serve over rice. (not included in recipe)
