    3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
    3/4 cup dry lentils
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
    1/4 cup dry white wine, or chicken broth
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/3 cup shredded Parmesean cheese


In a bowl, combine the ingredients. Transfer to a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until lentils and rice are tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring twice.
