    1 box (13.25 oz) Barilla Whole Grain Linguine
    1 bottle (454 g) Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
    4 oz parmesan cheese
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup whole milk (what I had on hand - would normally use skim)
    1/3 C water
    3 chicken breast halves, bone and skin removed
    1 tsp garlic powder


I served with green beans tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper as well as a whole grain dinner roll. Delicious! Kids gobbled it up as well. Leftovers heat well for lunch the next day. :)


Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside. I used precooked chicken breast halves that I cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat those in a saute pan and add contents of sauce bottle. Add 1/3 C water to bottle and replace cap. Shake to get all sauce of jar sides and lid. Pour into pan with sauce and chicken. Add cayenne pepper and garlic. Bring to a bubble. Add parmesan cheese (cut into small pieces so that it will melt easier) and 1/4 C milk to sauce. Heat until cheese is melted. Then add pasta and stir.
