    Mahi Mahi fillets 8 oz
    Lemon juice Badia, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove finely chopped
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Soy sauce lite La Choy, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Mustard spicy brown French's, 1 tsp
    Chicken broth low sodium organic Pacific, 0.5 cup


Sprinkle lemon juice over fillets. Mix ingredients & coat both sides of fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hr. Bake in 400 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
