    Collard greens fresh 6 cups (about 3 lbs)
    Chicken broth low sodium organic Pacific, 3 cups
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (
    Garlic, 2 cloves each cut in quarters
    Pepper, red or cayenne dried flakes 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp


Wash greens & cut into medium to small pieces. Put in large cooking pot. Add balance of ingredients & cook on medium for 2 hrs or until tender.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings about 1/2 cup each
