    *Banquet Brown & Serve Turkey Sausage (2 patties), 1 serving(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped(remove)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .50 cup(remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced(remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp(remove)
    egg white, fresh, 10 large(remove)


chop all ingredients (except for egg whites) and put in a casserole dish. add egg whites and mix a little to get everything coated. bake at 350 for 45 minutes. makes 6 heaping servings of only 77 calories!!

You can add whatever you'd like really; mushrooms, green chilis, olives, etc.
