    3 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. Chobani non-fat Greek yogurt
    1-1/3 packed br sugar
    2 c shredded zucchini
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 c Whole Wheat flour
    1 c White flour
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1-1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt


Beat eggs and add next 6 ingredients
Mix remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture
Bake 325 degrees x 20 mins

Serving Size: 24 standard sized muffins
