Large microwave safe mug (about 1.25L/1qt size)
1 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup organic chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup Breakfast Shake power (or pure cocoa powder)
1 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp EVOO (or safflower oil!)
Add curry powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, teas, powdered supplements, etc. to taste or medicinal need.
Mess with the spicing to really satisfy your cravings! The "default" recipe is my base profile, and I will often add green tea, chai tea, or medicinal tea/infusion loose-leaf/powders, an I regularly mix up my ingredients for a different texture or flavor. Be aware, however, that changing anything might give you different values, so do come and check the differences!
