Ingredients

    4 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    2/3 C brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 C melted butter
    1 tbls cinnamon
    1 1/4 C Whole wheat flour
    1/4 C ground flax seed
    1 pinch salt

Directions

Mix all ingrediants, pour into grease loaf pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour. Allow to cool, and slice

Serving Size: makes 8 slices
