    1 large block of Kraft Velveeta Cheese
    1 lb. of Hot Pork Sausage
    1 lb. of Lean ground beef
    1-10 oz. can of RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
    Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Cayanne Pepper to taste.


Brown and drain 1 lb of lean ground beef and 1 lb of hot pork sausage.
Cut the whole block of velveeta into cubes and add it to the meat. (I try to do this in a microwaveable container).
Add the 1 can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes w/ chilies (you can choose hot or mild, I usually do mild)
Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt with around 5-7 dashes of cayanne pepper. (this can be to taste more or less)
Mix together completely.
Heat in microwave for 5 minutes, stir, then heat another 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and dip is hot.
Enjoy with carrot chips, celery or your favorite fresh veggies. If you have allowances it is great with taco chips or soy chips.
