Ingredients

    Gluten free yellow cake mix with 3/4c water
    3T egg replacer mixed with water per instructions
    1/3c vegan chips
    1/4c Spectrum shortening

Directions

Melt shortening, make egg replacer, add cake mix and water, blend; add chips. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full, bake at 350 for 20 min, cool!
