    3/4 c Splenda
    3 c unprocessed Bran
    2 1/2 c Water, warm
    1 c Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    3/4 c Butter, unsalted, softened
    3 large Egg
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder


1. Mix the water and the Bran together and let it sit for about two minutes.
2. Add eggs and vanilla extract
3. In large mixing bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, Splenda, and baking powder.
4. Combine ingredients
5. Mix, mix, mix
6. Spray cupcake tins with non fat spray and bake in the oven
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes and then let cool.
