    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz(remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips(remove)
    Crushed Tomatoes in Rich Puree (S&W), 3.5 cup(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 220 grams(remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)(remove)
    Tomatoes, S&W Ready-cut diced tomatoes, 1.75 cup(remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup(remove)
    Chili Powder (to taste)
    Smoked Paprika


Brown Ground Beef. Cook veggies in oil about 5 min, then add to crockpot with other ingredients. Season with spices. Simmer at least 2 hours.
