    *onion, minced, dehydrated, 3 tbsp
    Chili powder, 5 tbsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Large Flake Nutritional Food Yeast, 0.15 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill TVP (textured vegetable protein), 2 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    *Beans - Cannelini white kidney beans, 3 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp


You can keep it simmering on low for several hours, allowing the flavors to meld.


mix together dehydrated onion and 3tbsp water.
Cook on medium high in large pot until browned.
Add spices, mix until fragrant but not burnt.
rehydrate tvp with 1.5c water, set aside.
Add tomatoes to pot to deglaze, stir.
Add tvp after tomato mixture begins to boil. Cook on medium low for half an hour.
add beans, cook another fifteen minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
