Ingredients

    Chicken, extra lean ground 550 grams
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium - shredded
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) diced
    Beef - extra lean ground - 200 grams
    tomatoes - canned - no salt added, 7 cups (2 - 28oz cans)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 234 grams, shredded
    Black Diamond cheddar thin slices, 3 serving
    pasta - lasagne noodle - no name 12 noodles
    Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
    Italian Sausage, pork, 1 link, 4/lb, chopped fine

Directions

Cook meat together, add rest of ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer for a few minutes. Layer sauce, cheese and noodles, starting with sauce and ending with cheese slices on top
