Introduction

This makes a delicious sauce for over any beef, but especially steak or meatloaf. This makes a delicious sauce for over any beef, but especially steak or meatloaf.

Ingredients

    4 medium mushrooms finely chopped
    1 small onion finely chopped
    1 cup low sodium fat free beef broth
    2 Tbsp flour
    4 Tbsp A1 steak sauce

Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms in pan coated with cooking spray until soft. Add flour and cook until flour is browned. Add beef broth and A1 and stir until thickened. Serve over meat while it is still hot.
