Ingredients

    150 grams ground beef (ground chicken or turkey is good too)
    1 cup each chopped mushrooms, onions, carrots, green beans
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    400 grams tomatoes
    3 teaspoons chicken consomme
    4 cups water

Directions

Saute beef and then rinse with water in strainer to remove extra fat. Stir fry all veggies except cabbage in a little olive oil. Then add beef, tomatoes, and water. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add cabbage and cook another ten minutes. Season to taste.
Of course, you can add any vegetables that are in season.
