My adaptation of previously posted recipe, omitting spicy oil dressing and changing fruit proportions to taste. Deliciously crunchy and juicy without added dressing. Ingredients

    1 organic orange, valencia (medium) - peeled, seeded, chopped
    1 organic Golden Delicious Apple (medium) - chopped
    1 Avocado (medium) - peeled, chopped
    1/4 cup Organic Raisins
    4 cups jicama, cut into julienne strips

Tips

We liked a small amount of pomegrante dressing with this.
