Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup
    Vita Coco 100% Pure Coconut Water, 4 oz
    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp whole (or 2 T. ground)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, unthawed (about 5 mediums strawberries)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 t.

Directions

Add all ingredients except flaxseeds to blender and blend until smooth. Add a couple of ice cubes if desired. Pour into large cup, add ground flaxseed, and stir. (I don't put the flaxseed in the blender because it sticks terribly to the sides and makes it hard to clean.)
