    4, 4oz Tilapia filets
    2 tbsp Paprika
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black, freshly ground
    2 tsp Garlic, dried granulated
    2 tsp Basil, dried

mix spices together, thoroughly coat fish. fry in non-stick pan (do NOT add oil) 3 mins/side over medium heat
