    2/3 cups French Lentils
    2/3 cups Brown Lentils
    2/3 Cups Red Lentils
    3 medium carrots
    1 cup frozen sweet corn
    1 cup chopped kale
    1 tsp ground tumeric
    1 Tbsp Curry Powder
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp salt
    10 cups Water


You can use 2 cups of any kind of lentils, I like to mix them, the red lentils dissolve and help to thicken the broth.


Put all ingredients into pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, simmer until done, about 45 minuts.
