    10 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, diced
    4 Cups cooked rice (cold)
    30 g onion minced
    88g mixed frozen vegetables
    1 tsp Safeway jerk marinade
    1 Tbsp Kraft fat free ceasar dressing
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1 cup Non-fat milk


Place diced chicken in pan and saute until cooked through, remove from pan. Add onions, vegetables, and rice to pan. Add 1 cup water to pan to steam. Add dressing and marinade to pan and mix. Mix corn starch with a bit of the milk to thicken add the mixture and rest of the milk to pan to thicken. Add chicken back to pan.
