    1/3 Bag prepared cole slaw
    3/4 Granny Smith Apple grated
    2 Tbsp dried cranberries
    2 Tbsp roasted pumpkin seed kernals
    1/2 oz blue cheese crumbled
    1.5 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp dijon


Grate apple last to prevent browning.
Top the slaw with the pumkin seeds and crumbled blue cheese - don't mix them in.
